The review of a supplement to a book might seem somewhat unusual. But when one considers that this supplement is longer, and more expensive, than many books, it becomes clear why this exercise has value. The purpose of the second supplement to Copinger is obviously to update the main work. It is about one-sixth of the length of the main work.1 This does
