Court of Justice plucks the spider from the web

  Abstract

In recent years the Dutch courts have been willing to grant interim cross-border injunctions in patent infringement cases where the ‘headquarters’ of a group of companies is located in the Netherlands. A recent decision of the Court of Justice has put an end to this practice.
