IceTV Pty Limited v Nine Network Australia Pty Limited [2009] HCA 14 (22 April 2009)
Six judges of the High Court of Australia have held unanimously that IceTV Pty Limited, the publisher of the IceGuide, an electronic television programme guide, did not infringe the copyright in television programme schedules produced by Channel Nine because the IceGuide did not reproduce a substantial part of Nine's schedules.
