Bradley Richlin et al. v Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures Inc.; Geoffrey Productions Inc., No. 06-55307, 9th Cir.; 2008 US App. LEXIS 12917

In a dispute surrounding ‘The Pink Panther’ movie and the treatment that led to its creation, a US court had the opportunity to confirm the circumstances under which a contributor to an alleged joint work may successfully invoke a claim to joint authorship.
