Gunnar Nilsson v Åhléns Aktiebolag [2008], Svea Hovrätt, FT 21473-05, 19 December 2008

The Svea Court of Appeal dismissed a photographer's appeal for copyright infringement on the ground that the subject of marketing, when marketing compact discs, is not the photograph on the cover of the albums but the product in its packaging.
