Landor & Hawa International Limited v Azure Designs Limited [2006] EWCA Civ 1285, Court of Appeal, 28 July 2006

The Court of Appeal has confirmed that, under both UK and European Community law, functional designs can be protected by unregistered design right provided that there exist other means of achieving the same purpose.
