Aerotel Ltd v Telco Holdings Ltd/Macrossan's application, Court of Appeal (Chadwick, Jacob, Neuberger LJJ), 27 October 2006

Lord Justice Jacob has delivered the unanimous judgment of the Court of Appeal in two cases on the application of Articles 52(2) and (3) of the European Patent Convention (EPC) in the UK.
