Registrar's Decision [Hong Kong, 15 August 2006]
The Registrar of Trade Marks ordered invalidation of a registered trade mark that was a copy of the whole of the applicant's mark MAX BRENNER & Device, where use of the disputed mark was liable to be prevented by the applicant's earlier copyright under the provisions of the Copyright Ordinance.
