Rodeo and territorial scope of CTM infringement procedure

The binding effect of a ruling in an action relating to a Community trade mark (CTM) in one country is limited to the territory for which the injunction is sought and does not prevent subsequent procedures between the same parties in relation to the same infringing acts in other Member States of the European Union.
